Jennifer has served the city of Lemon Grove for over 20 years as a community activist, dedicated volunteer, City Planning Commissioner and was chosen by the people of Lemon Grove to represent them on the City Council in 2014 and 2018. Jennifer also serves on numerous regional boards and committees on behalf of the City of Lemon Grove and is the city's representative on the California Joint Powers Insurance Agency.
Jennifer has been actively involved in the Lemon Grove community since she and her husband bought their home here over 20 years ago. She is an active member of the Lemon Grove Soroptimist Club, Lemon Grove Lions Club, Lemon Grove Community Garden, Thrive Lemon Grove and manages the Food Pantry at St. John of the Cross Church. She served for 6 years on the Kaiser HEAL Zone Committee for Lemon Grove and on the American Cancer Society Relay for Life committee. When her granddaughter attended Lemon Grove Academy, she served on the school's site council for 5 years.
